Tengbeh, who is already leading the campaign in the Diaspora for the coveted flagbearer position of the main opposition party, would be embarking on a nationwide familiarization tour and continue the internal peace and reconciliation process in the party which he started in October 2014 when he first launched his campaign.
On arrival, Dr. Tengbe’s first stop is the Wallace Johnson Street Headquarters of the SLPP, where he is expected to meet with the National Executive primarily to discuss the Open Letter he wrote to Chief Somano Kapen on the way forward for peace and reconciliation within the party.
Dr. Tengbe is also scheduled to meet with party officials across the county to energize and sensitize them to move the party forward.
Dr. Tengbe has been leading a number of pressure groups within the party that are mainly geared towards transforming the party into a well structured and formidable party that will meet the challenges of the next general elections.
