The Electoral Commission Sierra Leone (ECSL) will commence the National Voter Registration tomorrow Saturday 3rd September, 2022 across the country.

The Commission has already urged the public to massively go out and register because it is their right as citizens to do so.

All citizens who are eighteen years old and above  or would be eighteen on 24th June, 2023 have also been encouraged to avail themselves at the Registration Center to update their details and be added into the voters register.

ECSL said the Registration exercise will take two phases of fifteen days each, – from 3rd to 17th September is phase one and 20th to 4th October is phase two.

It can be recalled that the Chief Electoral Commissioner, Mohamed Konneh launched the Voter Registration Exercise at the New Brookfields Hotel in Freetown recently
