According to the charge sheet, accused Augustine Faiah Tamba was alleged to have contracted the services of English investment and general merchandise for the supply of one hundred and ninety five  wall clock, three hundred t-shirts, two hundred and fifty lacoste t-shirt.

He also requested from the head of the English investment and general merchandise, who is the complainant in the matter under adjudication, George Sesay aka, English for the supply of two hundred caps, one thousand badges and three hundred fliers ahead of the 2016/ 2017 Old Bo Boys Association annual celebrations.

The complainant was said to have shipped the items from the People’s Republic of China and kept them at J Matta around Ferry junction in the east of Freetown, where the accused collected the items for onward transportation to Bo in the southern part of Sierra Leone.

Court records further disclosed that after supplying the items in question, the complainant returned to Freetown to collect his money , but unfortunately he was told by the accused to give him one month period, so as to enable scout around ,  and after the one month period, the accused made an initially payment of thirty seven million leones to the complainant.

This press also gathered that due to the accused failure to pay the remaining sum of money, the complainant George Sesay was left with no option but to institute private criminal summons against the accused person.

When the matter was mentioned before Magistrate Hannah Bonnie, on Thursday 10 August 2017, the accused was placed in the docked and he could not bring forward another part payment, which he had promised the court during the previous adjourned date.

Lawyer A.H Ahmed represented the complainant, whiles accused Augustine Faiah Tamba was defended by Lawyer A T Navo.

Magistrate Hannah Bonnie adjourned to the matter 18 August 2017.
