As 72 hours ultimatum panics exams boss… WAEC forced to respond to Fontricia letter

“While the WAEC boss failed to give any specific date as to when the decision of the Exams Committee would be communicated to the authorities, he boastfully also made nonsense of the Access to Information Act which mandates him to make the requested information available to Fonti who has requested the information,” Fonti noted.

“Patrick Ndulu also failed to respond to the fundamental challenge thrown to him to produce evidence of examination malpractice,” Fonti stated, noting that he would be seeking his lawyers’ legal opinion on the WAEC response.

According to Fonti, Ndulu seems to be addicted to lies ‘as he is now replicating the lies he is telling the world against hundreds of pupils to my foundation’.

“Since he is claiming that I sent him an unsigned letter, I dare him to publish the said letter because the letter I sent him was not only hand signed with a pen but was further stamped,” Fonti challenged, while mocking the WAEC boss for responding to an ‘unsigned letter’.

He further confirmed that the #give-us-our-results campaign continues unabated, despite the decision of the police to ban the planned protest slated for Monday 29th February 2016.

Abdul Fonti has disclosed that while several other options to get justice on behalf of affected WASSCE pupils remain intact (including heading to court), the executive of the foundation was looking forward to meet the Inspector General today Monday as he (I.G Munu) was not in his office on Saturday to clarify assertions in his Friday evening Press Release.
