The particulars of the offences stated that accused Alakeh Olive Johnson, her son Omar Eustace Majid Cole including six accused persons conspired to deprive pharmacist Adeyemi Patrick Johnson of his precious life at his 65 Old Railway Line residence, Wilberforce in the west part of Freetown capital way back in 2015.

All accused persons were charged with various offences ranging from conspiracy, murder and robbery with aggravation to also contrary to offences against person act of 1861, and that the said offences were committed within the jurisdiction in the republic of Sierra Leone.

The High Court of Sierra Leone presided over by Justice Sam Margai could not proceed with the  murder trial of Alakeh Olive Johnson and seven accused persons, when the matter came yesterday Tuesday 5th December 2017,  due to the failure of the government consultant pathologist, Dr. Semion Owiss Koroma to produce and tender in evidence the cause of death of pharmacist Adeyemi Patrick Johnson.

He is said to have informed the presiding judge that he is yet to compile documents relating to the cause of death of the deceased in question, but however assured that he will produce and tender in court the cause of death of pharmacist Adeyemi Patrick Johnson on next adjourned date.

Also, the foreman of the twelve man committee of jurors empanelled to assist the court in determining the guilt or innocence of all accused persons, Julius Tony Moiwo has succumbed to the cold hands of death, including police sergeant, Mohamed Dauda Kabbah who is lead investigator in the alleged murder trial of Alakeh Olive Johnson and seven accused persons.

The matter comes up again on Tuesday 12th December 2017.
