According to the police AIG, the national chairman and leader was “very cooperative” and that the police left his residence for Freetown peacefully.
He went on to say: “Everything went well” barring some initial misunderstanding.
The Police is investigating the leadership of the party over the content of a press release they issued challenging the scope and manner in which three Commissions Of Inquiry were set up to look into the financial transactions of the Koroma government. The party has denied any wrongdoing.
