The four accused persons are Abdul Moses, Paul Stevens, Sheif Alias Caulker and Mohamed Sesay were charged  to court for the offences of wounding and disorderly behavior at Bango Farm, Goderich on June 27 2017, contrary to the public order act of 1965 of the country’s laws.

Police alleged that the accused committed the offences at Bango Farm Goderich, along the Freetown peninsular road, in the Freetown judicial district in the republic of Sierra Leone, and the charge sheet further indicated that during the riot, they wounded a certain Santos Conteh and Fatmata Sesay.

In his application for bail, counsel for the four accused person, Ishmeal Mammie canvassed the presiding Magistrate, Albert Moody that his Clients have reliable and responsible sureties, who were willing and ready to enter into recognizance on their behalf.

He assured the court that the accused persons were not flight risk, and that they would not run at the expense of justice, adding that the accused persons were able body men in the Bango Farm community, who would not interfere with the prosecution witness or witnesses.  

In his wisdom, Magistrate Albert Moody   granted bail to the accused in the aforementioned quantum money, including sureties and concluded the session by adjourning the matter to Thursday 22 June 2017.
