High Court also ordered that defendants, Samuel  Enitor King, Madam Ola King, Musa Nyabeh Kholifa Kabbia , Amidu Mansaray, Brima Kamara Lansana Sannoh ,Momoh Koroma Fadeka, Abubakar Sesay and  Brima Conteh all of Waterloo should pay damages in sum of ten million leones assessed as costs Sheriff’s poundage, officers fees, cost of levying execution and all other legal incidental expenses. 

Furthermore, High Court also slammed a perpetual injunction restraining the above named defendants, whether by themselves, agents assigns or privies or whosoever from entering upon, remaining upon, selling, leasing or whatsoever way interfering with the said piece of land, and they should also pay cost to the plaintiff solicitor assessed in the sum of seven million leones , and the order was  validated by the master and registrar of the court, Steven Yayah Mansaray.

Documents available the African Young Voices disclosed that since the High Court of Sierra Leone delivered judgment in favor of the plaintiff for them to take full possession of property situate at Masantigie village, off Sansan water village at Waterloo, they failed to comply with court order, instead the plaintiff went ahead to grabbed vast portion of land belonging to the defendants, especially property of the King family at Jorpoh farm  far away from Masantigie village, off sansan water village, which  High Court had  ordered them to take full possession of in that part of the country.

As a result of the recalcitrant behavior of the Captain Ibrahim Fofanah and Staff Sergeant Hassan Kamara with co plaintiff to comply with the said court order, the defendants filed an appeal against the judgment earlier delivered by Justice Alusine Sesay in  the Appeal Court of Sierra Leone,  in which judgment was also delivered in favor of the respondents.

Despite the fact that Court of Appeal had ordered that respondents should take full possession of the said parcel of land situated at Masantigie village, off Sansan water village at Waterloo, the respondents continued to illegally occupied vast portion of land at Jorpoh farm, thus flouting High Court and Appeal Court orders to the annoyance of appellants applicants.

Expressing his frustration to this medium, one of the appellants’ applicants, Samuel Enitor King stated that captain Ibrahim Fofanah and Staff Sergeant Hassan Kamara had deliberately refused to comply with the orders of High Court and Appeal Court.

He said the above named personnel of the Republic of Sierra Leone Arm Forces had posed serious threat to their land and further threatened to get the hell out any claimant of the land at Jorpoh Farm, which belongs to the King family, adding that some time ago  the King family were approached by the officials Freetown City Council to provide some portion land for the burial of the defeated Ebola victims.

Samuel Enitor King further informed AYV that after they had provided some portion of land for the burial of Ebola victims, Staff Sergeant Hassan Kamara was deployed by his superiors to secured the Ebola cemetery, but that since the end of the Ebola scourge, Staff Sergeant had refused to take up duty at his former deployment, and still continued to illegally occupied the property of the king family situated at Jorpoh farm at Waterloo in the outskirt of Freetown instead of the land situated at Masantigie village, off Sansan water village at Waterloo.
