The cabinet secretary’s instruction states that Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of the Civil Service Office is undertaking a human resource audit of public servants, with the view to deploying officers to Ministry, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) where they would add considerable value, and in the process maximize the efficiency of those institutions.

Secondly, in the light of the above the statement went on, the Secretary to the Cabinet and Head of the Civil Service requested that all officers in Grade 7 and above submit their CVs and photocopies of relevant certificate/diplomas/degrees to the Director-General, Human Resources Management Office on or before Thursday, 17th May, 2018.
