In the view of newsmen who reports say were begged not to publish or broadcast the ugly incident, the two ministers argued bitterly and left the facility without achieving the purpose of their visit which was to hand over the facility for the Commissions of Inquiry to commence next Tuesday as earlier pronounced by the government.

According to reports, the building should have been handed over since past Tuesday 22nd January, but failed because of poor planning and arrangements between the two ministers and it was postponed to yesterday Thursday.

As usual, yesterday again journalists were summoned to witness the handing over ceremony of the facility and all arrangements failed again as a result of the better argument that ensued between the two ministers.

The argument got so serious and bitter that the handing over ceremony of the facility failed again and journalists were begged to keep it ugly happening confidential as they described it as an in-house settlement.

Unfortunately, being the people’s voice, AYV will not sit and watch selfishness kill President Julius Maada Bio’s dream against corruption.

The ugly development has raised public concerns as to whether the Commissions of Inquiry will hold next Tuesday as planned.

Questions as to why the two ministers will even think of fighting over procurement when they both have no authority to do procurement, save the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA).

However, this medium’s investigation proved that whosoever does the procurement among the two ministers will pocket whatever commission gained from the procurement deal.

If today is Friday 25th January and the facility is yet to be prepared, how will the Commissions of Inquiry start next Tuesday as scheduled?
