Reports reaching this press indicate thatsome unknown operatives from the party in governance,the Sierra Leone Peoples Party in Kono district are making fresh threats against opposition All People’s Congress party operatives.
This ugly development came after it was rumored that a popular APC executive, Pa Tamba Ngaujah who sought refuge in an unknown area is set to return with his family.
It could be recalled that after the 2018 Presidential, Council and Parliamentary elections, political intimidations of opposition operatives around the country took the negative center stage.
According to our source, the dwelling house of PaTamba was burnt down immediately after the 2018 elections.
Furthermore, sourcessay the eldest son of Pa Tamba, named Tamba Simon Ngaujahbut widely known as ScouterNgaujah, who is rumored to be spotted roaming somewhere in the United Kingdom, might possibly return home, the SLPP operatives according to our source are bent to kill him on his arrival.
Our reports say his photos are being circulated by some SLPP operative searching for him after his wife, who is currently on the run, was repeatedly beaten and tortured.
Our source furthered that many other APC political operatives who are stranding in other districts of the country are keen on returning to their maternal homeland.
However, with the unease threats to their lives, many have even decided to go to the neighboring countries not only to fend for themselves but to save their dying souls.
Reports have it that ScouterNgaujahwill have to suffer for his father who has sought refuge in an unknown country for fear of his life. His wife who is currently under serious threats has got her residence burnt down and some members of his family being beaten mercilessly.
Despite this glooming environment according to our source, APC Kono District operatives have joined other party operatives in other parts of the country especially from the South-East regions to plead to the ruling government especially His Excellency the President Rtd. Brigadier Dr. Julius Maada Bio to use his good office to address this hanging threat which is seemingly inevitable if urgent action is not taken.
Sierra Leone has drooped embarrassingly in the World Peace Index and this is not good for the country.
