The Director of the reality television show, Mamoud Jalloh expressed excitement over the achievement, as he wholeheartedly dedicated the award to the countless youth that had been participating in the show as well as the Management and Staff of AYV Media Empire for what he described as supportive and tremendous support.
Mamoud Jalloh stated that the show was established to showcase the untapped young Sierra Leoneans talent to the world, adding that it has served as a means of tackling the issue of negative cliques in the country.
“The show is design to entertain and build young talents in the country, as well as engaging them in meaningful activities and the show creates the opportunity for young rappers to realize their dream rather than engaged in violence.” Mamoud Jalloh added.
He intimated that he was determined to use the show as a way of branding the youth and support them in achieving their dreams in society.
The Producer of AYV Cypher uncensored, Marius Musa Kargbo applauded the show presenters together with the young talented rappers for their commitment and participation. He ascertained that the trance of the President of AYV- Amb. Anthony Navo is to transform and empower the lives of young people across Sierra Leone.
“At AYV, we totally frown at the activities of negative clique gangs, and as a result the AYV cypher show facilitates an enabling platform for young people to battle constructively with words rather than engage in negative activities that will land them in goal” Marius noted.
On behalf of the Cypher team, Marius articulated his profound gratitude and delight to the AYV Media institution for what he described as unfettered promotion and protection of young rappers.
He called on the youth to utilize the established platform provided by AYV and urged them to continue to support their colleague rappers.
