To sign a communiqué and make official commitment to partaking in the groundbreaking event, presidential candidates from the major political parties set to contest in the forthcoming election, Mohamed Kamarainba Mansaray of the Alliance Democratic Party (ADP), Dr. Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara of the All People’s Congress (APC), Mohamed C. Bah of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Dr. Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella of the National Grand Coalition (NGC), Patrick O’dwyer of the National Progressive Democrat (NPD) and Bamidele Thompson of the People’s Movement for Democratic Change (PMDC) and Dr. Alie Kabba of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) representing Charles Francis Margai and Retired Brigadier Julius Maada Bio respectively, were all hosted at a dinner held at the Radisson Blu Mammy Yoko Hotel in Aberdeen, Freetown.
The dinner organized by the President and management of AYV was aimed to bring all the presidential candidates together in a very peaceful, relaxed and entertaining atmosphere and get them to commit themselves to the debate. At the event, all the presidential candidates in attendance congratulated AYV Media Empire for the initiative and assured that they will definitely attend the debate on the scheduled date.
Giving the vote of thanks at the event, President, Chief Executive Officer and Financier of AYV Media Empire, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jnr. thanked the Presidential Candidates and partners of AYV for honoring the AYV dinner invitation and also for committing themselves to the debate. He assured the nation that AYV will set the standard for generations to come; adding that the Empire will do all in its capacity to ensure the debate is unforgettable.
