Daisy Abdulai of Moyamba was crowned the new Miss Sierra Leone at the culmination of the 2023 pageant at the Bintumani Conference Centre on Saturday night. The event was broadcast live on AYV DStv Ch 399 to audiences worldwide.
Adel Caroline Jusu of Bo District placed as the first runner-up, and Mabinty Mansaray of Koinadugu District was the second runner-up.
The winner took home a brand new car, a substantial cash prize, and a monthly stipend for an entire year and will represent Sierra Leone on the international stage at the Miss World.
This auspicious occasion aligned very much with the theme of “a Healthy Environment in a World of Beauty, Peace, and Integrity.”
