At the Empire’s Boardroom on Wesley Street past Friday, the dedication and award presentation was done by Professor Kelley Gbawuru-Mansaray, Senior Lecturer and Hall Master of Bai Bureh Hall, accompanied by Mrs. Willette James.

After receiving the honor, Amb. Navo Jr. expressed joy stating: “I am excited for this latest achievement as this shows I have once again been recognized for the selfless service I am giving to young people in and out of Sierra Leone”.

In his new capacity as Honorary Member of Bai Bureh Hall, Amb. Navo Jr. pledged commitment towards all activities that are related to the development of the Hall.

He went on to say he realizes the need to do more for young people across the country. “The award has inspired me to do more and I know I have to live up to expectations so I am ready for the challenges ahead.” The ambassador noted.

The fine gentleman concluded that the latest recognition is just one part of a long list of many other recognitions ahead of him and those he had received.

In attendance were FBC’s senior academic staff and students and management and staff of the AYV Media Empire.
