Dr Ibrahim Bangura pays second visit to Ambassador Omrie Golley

All Peoples Congress (APC) Party strongman, Dr Ibrahim Bangura, has paid a second visit to the family of Ambassador Omrie Golley who recently lost their beloved mum, Mama Minnette Iyatunde Honora Golley. 

During his visit, Dr Ibrahim Bangura, who recently declared his intention to contest for the flagbearership of the APC Party, said he came for the second time to check on the welfare of the family of Ambassador Golley. He said, “this is our funeral and I’m part of the Golley Family,” adding that the relationship between him and Ambassador Golley goes a long way. 

Recalling that Dr Bangura was amongst the first persons who signed the book of condolences of late Mama Golley, he stressed that his commiseration with Ambassador Golley does not stop at mere signing of a book of condolence, adding that he is a family to Ambassador Golley.

Traditionally, Dr Bangura then donated a token of sympathy to the family as plans are on the way to lay beloved Mama Minnette to rest today Friday 29th August, 2025.

Responding, Madam Mimi Betts, cousin to Ambassador Golley, expressed admiration over the show of love and consistent support from Dr Ibrahim Bangura. She assured that Ambassador Golley will be extremely delighted for the show of support and respect given to the memory of his beloved mother my members of the APC family and particularly Dr Ibrahim Bangura.
