Dr. James Sanpha Koroma School of Business & Entrepreneurial Studies launched

The United Methodist University has launched the Dr. James Sanpha Koroma School of Business and Entrepreneurial Studies in Sierra Leone.

During the launch, the United Methodist University pledged to provide scholarships to at least 50 students.

Vice Chancellor and Principal of the University, Professor Ekundayo Thompson said the Dr. James Sanpha Koroma School of Business and Entrepreneurial Studies is an official new faculty within the University.

This he said is a vital step towards promoting entrepreneurship and skill acquisition among its students and also a significant step towards fostering entrepreneurship and empowering the next generation of business leaders.

Professor Thompson said: “One of the standout features of this newly established faculty is the provision of scholarships to a minimum of 50 students, thereby removing financial barriers for those with a passion for business and entrepreneurship”.

He said the launch of the faculty is a vital step in training future business leaders and entrepreneurs who will not only excel in their chosen fields but also make a positive impact on society.
