In line with its customer-first approach Easy Solar has streamlined the process for government employees on payrolldeduction, making it easier to access our products and after-sales services.
Government workers experiencing issues related to payroll deductions are encouraged to visit the nearest Easy Solar shop with the following documents:
● Employer-issued ID card, National ID, or NASSIT ID
● Bank details (BBAN number) of their salary account
● Any payslip(s) covering the disputed period. However, arefund can also be investigated and processed without payslip(s)
● GOSL PIN code or organizational number (e.g., militarynumber).
Once the required documents are submitted, the shop coordinators will liaise with Easy Solar’s Corporate Team to verify eligibility. Eligible customers will be issued a RefundRequest Form to complete in-shop. Upon approval, refunds will be processed and credited directly to the customer’s salary bank account within three weeks.
