The course is sponsored by the Olympic Solidarity and organized by the Sierra Leone Handball Association in collaboration with the National Olympic Committee
The coaching course will be conducted by Dr. Serdar Eler, coach and former Turkish national team player who was just recently added to the pool of IHF lecturers.
Dr Eler started play handball in 1977 and in 1987 he started to play handball in League 1. (Konya Y.S.E); one year later, he was the first player who played in the junior and at the same time in the youth national team. In 1993, he was the first player who played 200 times in the national team.
Dr Eler has lot of experiences in the game of handball, that is why the executive members are appealing to the coaches to take the course very seriously as they have to pass the knowledge gain to the players.
