Heal Sierra Leone has provided free medical services to staff of the Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire at the Empire’s campus in Freetown. The Staff have been on duty covering the June 24, 2023 elections.
Executive Director of Heal Sierra Leone, Joseph Sannoh said the service is geared towards supporting the Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone (EC-SL) and their partners to ensuring healthy voters and health elections.
Mr. Sannoh said: “The free medical service is a way of ensuring good health status for voters, EC-SL staff and their partners in the 2023 saful elections.
AYV’s Executive Editor, Samuel Wise Bangura expressed gratitude to the Heal Sierra Leone and team of professional medics for reaching the free service to AYV.
Many staff of the Company benefitted from the service that provides free basic tests, scanning and medicines for various ailments.
Heal Sierra Leone is a civil society non-governmental organisation, that has over the years contributed to national development in the country.
In his bid to complement the efforts of government in improving the Human capital of the nation and to also ensure that education is no longer put on hold by any disaster, Heal Sierra Leone also recently launched the e-Learning on line program at his Sandas Street office in Freetown.
