Sierra Leone’s Minister of Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Madam Nabeela Farida Tunis has hailed Sierra Leone’s much-anticipated and widely followed reality TV show, Housemates Salone, stating that the Show gives opportunity for young people to unlock their hidden talents.

Madam Tunis was speaking after officially receiving his invitation to attend the Housemates Salone Season 4 launch at the prestigious Chapter One Nightclub and Restaurant in Freetown on July 18, 2025.
She said she was honoured to attend the event and that Housemates Salone is highly related to Sierra Leone’s Tourism sector development. She said the Show has always been very much interesting, adding that it has been showcasing the real talent hub in young people in Sierra Leone.
The Housemates Salone Season 4 Show will be officially launched at the prestigious Chapter One Nightclub and Restaurant in Freetown on July 18, 2025.
The announcement came following a formal invitation extended by the Executive Producer of Housemates Salone and Chief Executive Officer of the Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr., to the Chief Executive Officer of Chapter One, Mr. Fasally Tarawally.
The launch event will be held strictly by invitation.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between AYV and Africell, the telecommunications giant, as they continue to drive innovation and excellence in Sierra Leone’s media and entertainment industries.
During their meeting, Ambassador Navo Jr. and Mr. Tarawally underscored the importance of collaborative private sector initiatives in fostering national development. They called for increased cooperation among businesses to create more opportunities for youth and promote unity across the country.
