The International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Sierra Leone and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen their partnership in preventing the abuse of narcotic drugs among youth, including returnees.
