The Particulars of Offence state that on Thursday 9 November 2017 the suspects murdered Abubakarr Kamara at the Salone Night Club, contrary to law.
According to the police charge sheet, the crime was reported by one Numa Kamara on behalf of the deceased, before the suspects went into hiding until police apprehended them on 2nd March, 2018.
The first accused person, Alimamy Sesay claims to be a footballer. Meanwhile, officers attached to the Criminal Investigation Department headquarter on Pademba Road in Freetown have obtained statements from seven witnesses who will testify in court.
