According to AYV Empire, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ambassador Anthony Navo Junior, the purpose of the award ceremony is to encourage, motivate and inspire staff to continue working hard. The CEO further explained that he is proud of his staff and AYV is doing well because of the human resource. He encouraged all staff to desire the award and encouraged them to be dedicated in their work.

For this segment; two employees were distinguished among others within the past three months. The CEO described them as lucky because there are others who also worked hard within the months under review but that these two awardees were exceptional. He therefore encouraged other staff to keep the fire burning and desire to win the award.

According to one of the awardees Ransford Lube Metzger he was emotionally carried away in tears because according to him it was a shock but he managed to explain that he appreciates the CEO because this award will inspire him to do more as he now realizes that his hard work had been recognized. Mohamed Salieu Bah commonly called Gbotio is a 16 year old school boy who was cheered by the audience because of his capacity and efficiency at his work at that tender age. The CEO described him as a true replica of what AYV Media Empire stands for.

The Managing Director Dr. Ezekiel Duramany Lakkoh and other senior management staff made similar sentiments encouraging other staff to desire the award as it is a great legacy to receive the AYV CEO’s Award.

The former awardees David Remi Wilson and Faiya Fatoma did not retain the award but appreciated the winners.
