Police alleged that the 8 accused persons conspired together with unknown individuals to murder Pharmacist Adeyemi Justin Patrick Johnson at his 65 Old Railway line residence at Wilberforce in the west end of Freetown.

The Charge Sheet also disclosed that the accused persons committed the alleged offences on 12th November 2012.

First accused, Alakeh Olive Johnson is also alleged to have procured and commanded her son, Eustace Masjid Cole who is second accused person together with six co- accused persons to commit the said offences between 8 November 2012 and 12 November 2012.

When the matter came up on Tuesday 5 June 2018, before Hon. Justice Sam Margai in the presence of the prosecuting Counsel, I. Kanneh and the defense Counsel F B Conteh, one of the jurors, Tejan George was conspicuously absent in Court, thus restraining the court from proceedings.
