Evidence adduced so far at the trial process, coupled with the confessional statements of the accused persons indicated after, murdering Pharmacist Adeyemi Patrick Johnson in apartment at the above -named residence, they stole his computer laptop, undisclosed amount of cash physical including his private vehicle, and later sole it to a car dealer at the cost of eight million leones.

When the matter came before Justice Sam Margai on Tuesday 8 May 2018, Counsel representing the accused persons, Francis B Conteh renewed his application for bail on behalf of all accused persons, but he was denied bail by the presiding judge.

Furthermore, the principal investigator of the alleged murder case, Mohamed Dauda Kabbah died in the thick of the trial process, including the Foremen of the twelve man panel of jurors empanelled to assist the court in determining the matter, Julius Moiwo. 

Justice Sam Margai adjourned the matter to Tuesday 22 May 2018.
