Making his  Power Point presentation on the topic, “Skill Workers Belongingness and Oneness” the General Manager, CRSG, Bo Wang said the purpose of the workshop which was divided into two sessions-10-17th April, 2018, was to improve the company’s local staff’s management skills and knowledge in safety measures so that they could be better prepared to undertake future management functions. Mr. Wang emphasized the importance of the training and urged the trainees to always endeavour to improve their skills and participate actively in the company’s activities. He spoke about the effects of language barriers on their work and admonished staff to be steadfast, committed and ready to give back to the company what they have learnt. The training, he said will empower local staff, reduce cost and promote the development of the company. Making a presentation via a video, the Instructor and Chief Engineer of the company, Mr. Jiang  outlined various steps taken to ensure safety at work place and entreated the trainees to be very mindful about the company’s safety measures and procedures. The Project Coordinator, CRSG, Mr. Shaw, re-echoed his company’s determination to sharpen the skills of their local staff and thanked them for their cooperation, enthusiasm and determination to learn more. The trainees expressed thanks and appreciation to the management of CRSG and promised to put into practice what they have learnt for the development of the company and nation as a whole.
