The Bail Bond further indicates that the two sureties should be residents in the Freetown Judicial District in the Western Area of the Republic of Sierra Leone.
The accused was arrested on 24th July 2019 by Police Detective Sergeant 10179 Kamara Ansu.
According to the Statement of Offence, the accused person Emmanuel Kwame Kondo is charged with the Offence of Obtaining Money by False Pretences.
The Charge Sheet also disclosed that the accused person consciously infringed on Section (32) Sub Section (1) of the Larceny Act of 1916 of the laws of Sierra Leone.
The State further claimed that the accused person, Emmanuel Kwame Kondo with intent to defraud, collected five thousand, five hundred United States Dollars from one Hassan Kanneh of No.2 Spur Road in Freetown, on the pretext that he has a Lexus vehicle for sale knowing same to be false; way back on 17th September 2018.
The accused is facing four counts charges that relate to the commissioning of very grave criminal offences and he is being prosecuted by Police Inspector Isatu Gbassay Fofanah.
The accused person, Emmanuel Kwame Kondo is expected to appear before Magistrate Hannah Bonnie soon when the court will continue to probe into the allegations leveled against him.
