Based on what Dr. Denis Sandy explained to his audience, the staff strength of his ministry is two hundred and seventy. This figure includes 231 males and 29 females. The administrative directorate has 113 authorized personnel. This division has 57 staff in post and 56 vacant posts.

According to the Finance Minister, Jacob Jusu Saffa, he is ensuring that the government of President Julius Maada Bio succeeds and that whatever it takes, he would ensure that he and his ministry does what it needs to do for the success of the government.

He explained to his large audience that since the SLPP Government of President Bop came into power; and after he was appointed Minister of Finance, he is daily ensuring that he does all what that it takes to resolve financial matters for the good of Sierra Leone.
