During the encounter, one of Sierra Leone’s very tactical football strikers, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jnr, doubling as CEO of AYV, left his brother, the Managing Director of Africell, Shadi Al-Gerjawi in a wonderland as he (Navo) displays his tactics on the Shadian boys and swiftly sailed through their legs to net the first goal of the match.
Minutes later, a junior AYV striker attached to the Printing Press Department, Lansana Turay nets the second goal for AYV.
As a result of the longstanding unshakable brotherhood and partnership relationship that exist between AYV and Africell, the ground was made soften for the Shadian boys and a reconciliation goal was allowed in for Africell ending the match 2 goals to 1 against Africell.
It can be recalled that just past weekend, the Elephants of AYV also crushed the Cockroaches of Media One Center 3 goals to 1.
These performances according to the Elephants, should serve as a prior warning to the SLBC, Culture Radio and/or CTN who are next in the SLBC Competition fixtures against AYV.
