As all roads lead to SLFA Academy in Kingtom tomorrow: East End Lions vow to trash Bhantal FC

Premier League Champions, East End Lions Football Club has vowed to trash Bhantal Football Club in their encounter tomorrow at the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) Academy in Kingtom, Freetown.

East End Lions Club is one of Sierra Leone’s most decorated football clubs, a formidable team in this year’s Leone Rock Premier League, is still getting ready for the upcoming match scheduled for Friday, 15th March, 2024 and to clinch the Championship as the second leg of the league starts tomorrow.

The Lions have safely secured 5th position on the League’s Table and are now firmly focused on intense training and preparation to come back to the League’s second leg as wild Lions.

The Club has also progressed to the Quarter Finals of the FA Cup and will be playing against Diamond Stars in Kono for the Quarter Finals this month.

In the Club’s commitment to transform its home ground, Trade Center Field, into a state-of-the-art facility, work is progressively going on for the installation of the artificial turf.

Since the project kick-started on weeks ago, there has been a massive improvement on the field, signifying the Club’s able Chairman’s Anthony Navo Jr. commitment to complete the installation within the three weeks slated period.

As work continues steadily, so as Trade Center Field, regaining its transformation, with a renewed vision for East End Lions players and fans alike.

From a dusty pitch to a well-composed shiny green grass awaits, Trade Center Field will undoubtedly remain among the best playing grounds in the country.

The work is expected to be completed within the next three weeks and the significant development owes its success to the unwavering dedication and leadership of Chairman Anthony Navo Jr.

Under his guidance, the project has gained momentum and is set to transform the existing field into a state-of-the-art facility.

The introduction of artificial turf promises numerous benefits at the Trade Center Field. With its durable composition and low-maintenance nature, the new surface will provide a consistent playing field regardless of weather conditions.
