From 13th to 22nd January, 2025, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr., held extensive retreat with all staff of the Company. The meeting, held at the Navotel Complex, discussed the Staff’s and Company’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), whiles mapping out the way forward for 2025.
Listening attentively to his team of dedicated staff, Amb. Navo Jr., used the moment to analyse the Company and its staff’s challenges and weaknesses and identified the way forward for a productive 2025 workforce.
The strategic planning retreat brought together talented staff from various divisions of the media empire.
The retreat kicked off with an opening statement from the visionary CEO Amb. Anthony Navo Jr. who emphasised the importance of unity, innovation and creativity in driving the media empire’s continued success.
He also highlighted the significance of the annual retreat in fostering camaraderie and generating fresh ideas. The retreat featured an array of engaging activities designed to promote teamwork and personal growth.
It also provided a platform for staff to connect and chat directly with the CEO on challenges and the way forward. These interactions fostered a sense of community within the media empire, encouraging collaboration and cross-pollination of ideas.
