President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Julius Maada Bio, has made a strong call for citizens to “reform their mindset,” urging a shift in attitudes as the country continues its development journey.
Addressing the nation at the official announcement of a new Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) agreement between Africell and the Government of Sierra Leone, President Bio emphasised the importance of positive thinking and collective responsibility, stating that meaningful national progress depends not only on government efforts but also on the mindset of the people.
“Let’s reform our mindset,” the President said, describing the appeal as a clarion call for unity, discipline, and national transformation.
He further referenced various reforms and development initiatives undertaken under his administration since assuming office, noting that these changes reflect a broader agenda aimed at improving governance, infrastructure, and social services across Sierra Leone.
The President’s remarks come amid ongoing discussions on national development priorities, with government continuing to encourage citizen participation in shaping the country’s future.
