The Deputy Commissioner of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Augustine Foday Ngobie, has stressed the importance of confronting corruption with courage, stating that countries committed to accountability and integrity gain both domestic justice and international respect.
Speaking on the fight against corruption, Ngobiedeclared: “A nation that confronts corruption with courage earns not only justice at home, but respect abroad.”
His statement highlights the significance of transparency, accountability, and strong governance in strengthening public trust and enhancing Sierra Leone’s international image.
