In her statement, a beneficiary in Ngaya Community in the Nimikoro Chiefdom, Kono District, Hawa Kondeh thanked the donors and ACC for actualizing the project in Kono District. She said since the end of the eleven (11) years rebel war in Sierra Leone, it is only this project that has upgraded her to handle Seven Hundred and Forty Thousand Leones (Le 740,000) cash and has gradually improved her family status. Madam Kondeh noted that with this Seven Hundred and Forty Thousand Leones, she has paid her children’s school fees, bought some leaves of zinc for her house and has embacked on petty trading to maintain the money.

However, the independent monitoring was conducted in Kamara, Gbense, Tankoro, Nimikoro and Nimiyama Chiefdoms respectively.
