The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) has confirmed receipt of one hundred and twenty thousand leones (NLe120,000) from the leadership of the All People’s Congress (APC) Party.
It can be recalled that the Commission, on Monday 17th November 2025, levied a fine of one hundred and twenty thousand leones (NLe120,000) on the APC for the contravention of Section 39(1)(d) of the Political Parties Act (No. 25) of 2022 by its member, Hon. Lahai Marrah, the Falaba District Chairman, on Saturday, 15th November, 2025.
The Commission has expressed thanks to the APC for its compliance with the fine and to take further steps to ensure that its members, supporters and operatives continue to conduct themselves within the confines of the law.
