AYV Miss University 2022, Mariyam Lorba Konneh has invited Sierra Leoneans to join her in the official launch of one of her projects: ‘The Clean With Me Project’, ahead of the Miss University Africa Pageant.
The Queen will be cleaning areas across the country starting with the beaches on Saturday 17th September, 2022 at 8:00am. She has announced the Gulf Club at Lumley Beach in Freetown as the meeting point.
Mariyam Lorba Konneh was unveiled as a representative of the forth coming Miss University Africa, an international pageantry that will be hosted in Nigeria in November this year.
She is a year two student at IPAM in the Banking and Finance Department.
AYV is the official franchise holder and organiser of the Miss University beauty pageant. Miss University beauty pageant was first held in 2011 and it has turned out over the years to be a very important event in the calendar of universities and tertiary institutions in Sierra Leone.
