The Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire and the Sierra Leone Association of Journalists (SLAJ) yesterday Wednesday 8th June, 2022 opened a Book of Condolence at the AYV Headquarters on Wesley Street in Freetown in respect of the death of AYV’s staff, Ransford Suruda Lube Metzger.

Ransford who passed away on Tuesday 31st May, 2022 after a short illness, had worked with the Africa Young Voices until his death.

Speaking on line from the UK, CEO of AYV, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr., recalled his sweet and memorable moments with Ranford and how the late man assured him of his continued commitment and dedication to work.

“Ransford used to read other people’s obituary and today we are reading his own obituary” Navo stated; while referring to him as a wonderful, likeable and very professional personality, one who the Company will forever missed.

He prayed that God forgive his mistakes and grant him heaven.
