The President of the Sierra Leone Bar Association, Michaela Eddinia B. Swallow will join eminent legal practitioners on a panel to discuss “Leadership Essentials for Women in Law”.

According to the organisers: “The stellar panel will focus on addressing essential leadership skills and offer guidance and support for current or aspiring women leaders in law.

Panelists will share their journeys to leadership, strategies for surviving in a leadership position, how to develop leadership skills, and how to transfer leadership skills through mentoring.”

Other panelists include Sheila Minkah Premo Esq, President, Women’s Forum Ghana Bar Association; Pheoma Nabasa Wall, President Uganda Law Society among others. The virtual summit has been organised by the Institute for African Women in Law and co-sponsored by the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. The event was slated for Thursday, 28th October 2021
