He commended the efforts of his colleagues in the government, especially those from the Foreign Affairs Ministry, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education.

Ambassador Ndomahina disclosed that they have held meetings with the Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education and the Chinese Ambassador in Freetown to avoid future misunderstanding and embarrassment.

Addressing the Ambassador, President Bio expressed his excitement that students are now going to be receiving stipends to support them in their studies.
