The three persons of interest refused, neglected or failed to appear before the Commission as directed by the subpoena.
Therefore, in pursuant to the Provisions of Order 32 Rule 6 Sub-Rule 1 of the Sierra Leone High Court Rules 2007, made applicable to the proceedings of the Commission by Paragraph 1 of the Practice Directions of the Commission of Inquiry, Rules of the Commissions of Inquiry 2019, a Warrant of Arrest.
The Inspector General of the Sierra Leone Police is to liaise with all other relevant law enforcement agencies local and international including INTERPOL, to effect the immediate arrest of the three persons of interest and produce them before the Commission.
