Sources further revealed that Bangura has set up campaign teams both home and in the Diaspora to galvanize supports for him.

According to many political pundits, if the news is true, Bangura will be a hard nut to crack taking into consideration political journey and personality. Bangura prior to him joining the APC was a political mole.

He has been seen as Pro-Ernest Koroma than Pro-APC. His challenge in winning the flagbearership will be he is considered not a bonafide member of the party.  All effort to get Bangura proved futile. While we wait for him to come public to ascertain whether or not the news is true, reports say members vying for the position are already scared by the coming of him into the race.
