Opposition figure Dr. Kaifala Marah has raised alarm over what he describes as limited progress since the agreement was signed, warning that delays could undermine public confidence in the process.
In remarks shared on social media, Dr. Marah criticized a recent government feedback session on the committee’s recommendations, arguing that it failed to reflect the realities on the ground. The Tripartite Committee was established to promote dialogue and implement reforms following the disputed elections, bringing together the ruling Sierra Leone People’s Party and the opposition All People’s Congress.
