The APC Presidential Candidate said that the essence of the visit was to share ideas geared towards moving a united nation forward stating that as a party they are determined to support the administration of His Excellency President Bio.

Responding to various statements, His Excellency President Bio thanked Dr Samura Kamara and his delegation for the visit. He said that he is expecting such engagements with the opposition throughout his tenure as President.

“I cannot do it alone. I need the corporation of everyone so that we can move this nation forward. I call on everyone to come onboard so that we can collectively develop our country,” he said.

President Bio also used the opportunity to condemn the spate of violence across the country. He said no one should assault another person because of politics stating that politics in itself is over and the focus should now be on development. He ended by calling on the security forces to step up and bring all perpetrators of violence to book.
