On behalf of the First Lady Madam Foray told the congregation that the First Lady is sadden not to be there in person. “ Our founder is not here because she has to attend the Bintumani 3 conference with the president” she continued by saying we are not moving around with the intent of winning you over to our political party but for the sake of unity and peace in the country,” she noted, campaign time is over now. She also stated that Sierra Leone doesn’t belong to one political party but for all Sierra Leoneans.

Ramadan is the month of giving and we’ve always gone out to share the little we have on behalf of our president since inception.

They donated food items and some money to 6 mosques in Kailahun Town, Buyedu and Koindu respectively. Donation where made to the following Mosques; Mbelebu Mosque, Kissi Town Mosque, Gbanyawallu Mosque, Kissi, Kenema Mosque, Central Mosque, Kolula Mosque.

The Chief Imam of Gbanyawallu Mosque extended his sincere appreciation for such gesture “I strongly believe that this gift is from goodwill People who have always remembered the needy and that is why Allah has rewarded the SLPP with goodness. He accepts the gifts and pray for them”,

He also called on the First Lady to continue motivating and mentoring more Muslim women in and out of the country. “Saying that we are following your preaching and you’ve proved to the world that you are a true Muslim who truly love her religion. May Allah continue to bless you and your family.

The Chief Imam of Mbelebu Mosque also appreciated the good work of President Julius Maada Bio and his administration and pray that Allah continue to guide them.

The women head out to Kenema for more donations
