Both were charged with loitering, pleaded guilty and fine Le500,000 each which they honoured and walked free. The third one, Brima Koroma, had been sent on remand at the male correctional centre on Padember Road.

Meanwhile, another suspect was arrested last week at the Circular Road Cemetery with human parts in his bag while he was apparently waiting for some people he was expecting.

“He was met asking questions indicating that he was expecting some other people and that gave him away. He was asking whether the incoming people were finally coming for the business and whether they were ready for the deal,” he explained, adding that he was arrested and now helping the police with investigations.

Simbo said security guards required to look after the cemetery should be well armed.
