One of Sierra Leone’s Court of Appeal Justices, Hon. Justice Tonia M’bawa Barnett, has impressed two Ambassadors in Africa as she continues her campaign for the position of Commissioner of the African Commission for Human and People’s Rights.
On his part, the Uganda Ambassador to Ethiopia who doubles as Permanent Representative to the African Union (AU) and the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), Her Excellency AmugeOtengo Rebecca called on the Economic Commission of West African States (ECOWAS) to collectively endorse the Sierra Leone Candidate, Hon. Justice Tonia Barnett.
The Niger Ambassador, His Excellency Zakariaou Adam Maiga warmly welcomed Hon. Justice Barnett, assuring that he would support her as her credentials are very impressive.
