Zarlux Car Rental, in partnership with Global Food Action Inc., has presented a brand-new luxury vehicle to reality TV star Charm Solomon, popularly known as Yabom (“The Greatest Chief Priest”), following his standout performance in Housemates Salone Season 4.

The presentation forms part of rewards attached to the Zarlux and Global Food Action challenge, where Yabom emerged as one of the top-performing contestants. In addition to the vehicle, he also secured a trip to Dubai alongside fellow housemates, marking what organisers described as recognition for an exceptional season.
Speaking after receiving the vehicle, Solomon described the moment as both humbling and rewarding, noting that it represents a major personal milestone.“This is my first time owning a car and it is a great privilege, but it would not have been possible without Housemates Salone, AYV, and Zarlux,” he said.
Now serving as a brand ambassador for Zarlux, Solomon credited his journey on the popular reality show for opening doors to new opportunities, increased visibility, and strategic partnerships. His rise, observers say, reflects the growing influence of reality television in shaping careers within Sierra Leone’s entertainment industry.
Representing the partners, Hon. Samking Brimaexpressed satisfaction with the collaboration between AYV Media Empire, Zarlux Car Rental, and Global Food Action Inc., describing it as an initiative that continues to empower young people and showcase their potential.
“Our partnership with AYV and Housemates Salone has been an inspiring experience that has and will continue to make a difference and give the spotlight to young people,” he stated.
The partnership, which included the provision of a brand-new car for the winner of the Zarlux Challenge, highlights Zarlux’s continued involvement in the Housemates Salone franchise, following similar support in previous seasons.
The agreement was formalised by Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr., Executive Producer of Housemates Salone, on behalf of the show’s management, and Hon. SamkingBrima Jr. on behalf of Zarlux Car Rental and Global Food Action Inc.
Industry watchers note that such collaborations are playing a key role in expanding opportunities within Sierra Leone’s creative sector, while also strengthening the link between entertainment and corporate investment.
