Sources further disclosed that, the detained Israeli, Boris Farfel together with his Ukrainian accomplice, Oleg Tsukanov criminally attempted to confiscate shares of Roksolana Sierra Leone Limited and Style Research Sierra Leone Limited now Lora Golden Wings Sierra Leone Limited operated by the legitimate investor, Rostislav Voytovich in Sanda Loko Chiefdom, Bombali District.
The two suspects were alleged to have falsified and forged certain documents and submitted it to the then Roksolana and Style Research companies for the completing of their criminal intent by illegally and criminally attempting to confiscate the companies’ properties worth over fifteen million united state dollars ($15M).
The African Young Voices gathered that the two suspects, Boris Farfel and Oleg Tsukanov were prevented from unleashing their criminally machinated plan against the companies, due to the swift intervention of the owner of the companies in the person of Rastislav Voytovich who is the only investor legally mandated by the government of Sierra Leone to develop and engage in development activities in their operational environment, and at the same time create employments for indigenes in that locality.
Inside sources further intimated that, due to the suspect’s criminal activities and tendencies at those companies now called Lora Golden Wings Sierra Leone Limited for over a considerable period of time, the company grounded its operations at the expense of over a thousand Sierra Leones employed by the Lora Golden Wings in the Sanda Loko Chiefdom, Bombali District.
The other suspect, Oleg Tsukanov who is presently on the run is presumed to have surfaced in the territory of Cuprus to secure Cyprus citizenship and his accomplice Boris Farfel was busy falsifying certain document to take action against the legitimate investor, Rostislav Toytovich, when personnel attached to the Criminal Investigation Department headquarters in Freetown swooped on him.
Oleg Tsukanov was recently crowned honorary Paramount Chief of Sanda Loko Chiefdom in the Bombali District by the chiefdom and traditional authorities of the chiefdom, amidst fanfare of traditional drumming and dancing in recognition of a fake Ukrainian investor who is now been hunted by the Interpol for allegedly committing very grave criminal offences in the jurisdiction of Sierra Leone.
According to police source the suspect, Boris Farfel is expected to be charged to court on Monday 11th April 2016 to answer to various offences.
