Abdul Koroma also known as M’Posh, is a songwriter, singer, sound producer and actor based in Sierra Leone the west coast of Africa. Started his art in entertainment in his early days of his pre-school in his hometown Port Loko, but now a city, situated in the north-west region of Sierra Leone where he used scrap metal to build local drum machine in order to produce sounds so that he can sing. He took part in different extracurricular activities and that includes Acting, Singing and also dancing of which he loves doing. He grew up with that passion with the support of his single mother who always loved seeing her son singing and acting.
In the early 2000’s he took the lead role in a movie titled “Underworld Pastor” of which that was the first movie to be done in his community and with that he was named “the greatest bashon “which explains how great he is in doing what he does best.
After many years of disappointments after disappointments, M’Posh decided to do the work himself by taking some of his songs to people, he thought they might be of help and that started when he gave a flash drive filled with his songs to the Director of Photography of the movie that he was starred, and he talked with him and requested that he please find time to listen to his music. At first The DOP did not take it seriously, until when he started editing the movie he then decided to listen one of the few songs given to him and to his surprise he fell in love with all the songs and then decided to help him. He volunteered to do a video clip of a song produced by M’Posh at another studio in Freetown song Titled “God Know the Munku” this video is on YouTube and it’s a song that talks about a young guy struggling to achieve and there’s no one to help build up his abilities. This video was aired on national television and the audios where aired on most radio stations in Sierra Leone. While working with this new team which is Frameworks Production, He also did a song that he produced Titled “Let Girls Be Girls” he did that song due to the high rate of teenage pregnancy ?? in His County and that song was aired on Voice of America (VOA) in a program called “Music Time in Africa ” with the presenter name Heather Maxwell.
Other great accomplishments M’Posh made were an advertisement song for mercury international, one of the biggest betting house in Sierra Leone for their 4-50 jackpot lottery game, song Title “Lotto Life” Reproduced, Mixed and Mastered by M’Posh. Not also forgetting that he has to upgrade himself academically, M’Posh bought an application form to further his education. He gained admission into the School of Technology at the Njala University, Studying Bsc Hons Electronics and Telecommunications. He is the founder of Lamp Entertainment, a mini record label he formed just to enhance his career with support from his friends around the world. And presently his project is powered by Konde Visions Inc. a company based in the United States.
In the beginning of 2018, M’Posh was blessed to have joined Konde Visions, Inc a multimedia entertainment company/label that puts others first. CEO, Jerome Suah has welcomed M’Posh with ready arms, and Queen Laure’l acknowledges him as the “Worlds Next Blessing”. The assistance Konde Vision serves is like no other.
